This is a blast from the past but so easy and really delicious. The sweet sour combination of white chocolate and tart berries is both refreshing and pretty to look at.


Serves 6-8

  • 750g mixed frozen berries, i.e. raspberries, blackcurrants, redcurrants, blueberries, strawberries
  • 100ml cream
  • 150g white chocolate


  1. Place the berries in a shallow serving dish. Heat the cream in a small saucepan until it is just boiling.
  2. Immediately pour the cream over the chocolate and stir to encourage the chocolate to melt.
  3. Drizzle the chocolate over the berries and serve immediately.
