Ingredients
Serves 4
- 3 egg yolks
- 100 gr caster sugar
- 250 gr mascarpone
- 15/20 savoiardi
- 300 ml espresso coffee
- Dark cocoa powder
Method
- Put together the eggs & the sugar into a bowl
- Whip until the cream Is firm & bright
- Add the mascarpone
- Whip until the cream is firm
- Take a tray & start to build your Tiramisù
- Soak the savoiardi one by one into the coffee for 2/3 seconds & put on the tray until you cover all
- Pour 1/2 of the cream over the savoiardi
- Sprinkle with the cocoa powder all over, then repeat for the second later.
- Let rest in the fridge 8hrs
