Ingredients
Serves: 2
- 1 can of beans (415g)
- 200g nacho chips
- 75g cheddar cheese
- 1 fresh jalapeno, sliced
- 1 avocado, sliced
- 20g coriander, chopped
- 1 lime
Method
- Place nacho chips on a baking tray, cover with grated cheddar cheese and cook in over for 10 minutes or until cheese is melted.
- Heat a tin of beans in a small pan on the hob until hot.
- Remove the cheesy nachos from the over, spoon over beans and garnish with slices jalapenos, sliced avocado, and chopped coriander.
- Serve with lime wedges.
