Whiskey sour recipe

Ingredients

  • 50ml Whiskey (e.g. Roe & Co 106)
  • 30ml Lemon Sherbet
  • 10ml Earl Grey & Vanilla Syrup
  • 3 dashes of Angostura Bitters
  • 1 Egg White

Method

  1. Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker
  2. Shake without ice; then add ice and shake again vigorously
  3. Double strain into a chilled coupe or other stemmed glassware

Note: This whiskey sour will match this Spitalfields dish perfectly.
