Ingredients
- 50ml Whiskey (e.g. Roe & Co 106)
- 30ml Lemon Sherbet
- 10ml Earl Grey & Vanilla Syrup
- 3 dashes of Angostura Bitters
- 1 Egg White
Method
- Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker
- Shake without ice; then add ice and shake again vigorously
- Double strain into a chilled coupe or other stemmed glassware
Note: This whiskey sour will match this Spitalfields dish perfectly.
