- 150ml mayonnaise
- 4 tsp. tomato ketchup
- Salt and pepper
- 1 pinch paprika
- Dash of Tabasco sauce
- 30ml brandy
- ½ small head of iceberg lettuce-Finely shredded
- ½ lemon juice
- 12 cooked Dublin bay prawns or king prawns
- Begin by preparing the sauce. Mix the mayonnaise, ketchup, paprika together and stir until well combined. Stir in the Tabasco and the brandy to suit your own tastes.
- Mix the shredded iceberg lettuce, cucumber, and shallots and arrange it at the bottom of the jars. Add the prawns then drizzle with the Marie Rose sauce.
- Serve and enjoy!
