Sweet and decadent, this mincemeat fudge is the perfect Christmas treat.


  • 400g chocolate 55%
  • 1 tin of condensed milk
  • 50g butter
  • 3 tbs mincemeat
  • 2 tbsp icing sugar
  • 2 tbsp cornflower


  1. Melt the chocolate, condensed milk and butter gently in a pan.
  2. When melted and smooth add the mincemeat and mix everything together. Spoon into a lined loaf tin and chill overnight.
  3. Mix the icing sugar and cornflower together. Cut the fudge into squares and coat with the icing sugar mix and keep in the fridge until needed.
  4. They will keep for 2 weeks.
