Sweet and decadent, this mincemeat fudge is the perfect Christmas treat.
- 400g chocolate 55%
- 1 tin of condensed milk
- 50g butter
- 3 tbs mincemeat
- 2 tbsp icing sugar
- 2 tbsp cornflower
- Melt the chocolate, condensed milk and butter gently in a pan.
- When melted and smooth add the mincemeat and mix everything together. Spoon into a lined loaf tin and chill overnight.
- Mix the icing sugar and cornflower together. Cut the fudge into squares and coat with the icing sugar mix and keep in the fridge until needed.
- They will keep for 2 weeks.
