A delicious side for any summer BBQ.
Ingredients
Serves: 4 to 6
- ½ head white cabbage, very finely sliced
- 2 or 3 carrots, grated
- 1 onion, thinly sliced
- 150g mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard, optional
- Salt and pepper
Method
- Combine the cabbage, carrots and onions in a large bowl.
- Spoon over the mayonnaise and mustard, if using. Mix well. Season with salt and pepper and serve immediately.
