A festive recipe from Neven's Waterford Christmas.
- 100g Softened butter
- 2 tsp harissa spice powder
- 100g cooked chorizo sausage, finely diced
- 1 tbsp chopped flat leaf parsley
- 2 tsp chopped thyme
- Beat the butter until soft and add in the harissa spice, chorizo sausage, parsley and thyme.
- Beat until well combined and refrigerate until needed.
