A festive recipe from Neven's Waterford Christmas.


  •  100g Softened butter 
  •  2 tsp harissa spice powder
  •  100g cooked chorizo sausage, finely diced
  •  1 tbsp chopped flat leaf parsley
  •  2 tsp chopped thyme



  1. Beat the butter until soft and add in the harissa spice, chorizo sausage, parsley and thyme.
  2. Beat until well combined and refrigerate until needed.
