Ingredients
- 4 slices of smoked salmon, thinly sliced and about 15cm (6 inches) long
- 110g (4oz) cream cheese
- 1 tablespoon finely chopped chives or 1 dessertspoon finely chopped dill
- 2 tablespoons cream
- salt and freshly ground pepper
Method
Mix the cream cheese, chives or dill and cream together and season to taste with salt and freshly ground pepper.
Spread the cheese mixture on to each slice of salmon and roll them up carefully. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
(tiny dice of the trimmings of smoked salmon may be mixed through the cream cheese)
