Fruit & Granola Cup from Operation Transformation.

Ingredients

Serves: 1

  • 15g oats
  • ½ tbsp chopped almonds
  • 1 tbsp granola with raisins
  • 40ml slightly cooled boiling water
  • ½ tbsp honey
  • 2 tbsp natural yogurt
  • 1 kiwi, peeled and sliced
  • 1 apple, cored and chopped

Method

  1. Combine oats, nuts and granola in a bowl
  2. Add water and set aside to soak for 10 - 15 minutes
  3. Place in a bowl, layer with fruit and top with natural yogurt and honey
