A delicious breakfast recipe from the Operation Transformation plan.

Ingredients

Serves: 1 

  • 30g oats
  • 150ml low fat milk
  • ½ tsp cinnamon
  • ½ tsp honey
  • 1 tbsp chopped almonds

Method

  1. Place oats with milk in a pot and place on the hob
  2. Cook for 5 mins on medium heat until creamy 
  3. Sprinkle with cinnamon 
  4. Top with chopped nuts and honey 
  5. Serve hot
