Ingredients
Weight loss sensation Jules Coll has discovered an amazing recipe for debloating.
- 1 cucumber
- 8 sticks of celery
- Handful of flat leaf parsley
- Handful of mint leaves
- 1 large piece of root ginger (chopped)
- 6 pieces of turmeric root (chopped)
- 2 tsp Cinnamon
- 1 tsp Fennel seeds
- 2 slices of lemon
- 2 slices of lime
- 2 litres of filtered or bottled water
Method
- Chop the veg
- Add all ingredients into the pot with 2 litres of water
- Warm on the hob (do NOT boil) for 20 mins
- Leave to cool for 4+ hours
- Strain and drink the water throughout the day
- Repeat the process every second day.
