- 45g rolled oats (or steel cut)
- 120ml low-fat milk - i.e. 1% fat milk
- 60g low fat/3% fat greek style natural yogurt
- 70g mixed berries or preferred fruit (fresh or frozen)
- 1 tablespoon chopped nuts
- 1 pinch of cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon vanilla
- 2 teaspoons honey
Method
- Mix ingredients in a bowl or tupperware container
- Cover with clingfilm or lid
- Refrigerate for at least 3 hours or overnight before eating to soften oats
- Store up to 6 days or freeze in containers for later consumption
- Thaw frozen containers overnight in the refrigerate or in the microwave for 1- 2 minutes
