- 1 mandarin (fresh or tinned in own juice) (70g)
- 60g 3% fat natural greek yogurt
- 2 teaspoons chia seeds
- 1 cup frozen berries (boiled before use) (125g)
- ½ cup spinach (10g)
- 2 small carrot (80g)
Method
- Blend all ingredients until smooth
