  • 1 mandarin (fresh or tinned in own juice) (70g)
  • 60g 3% fat natural greek yogurt
  • 2 teaspoons chia seeds
  • 1 cup frozen berries (boiled before use) (125g)
  • ½ cup spinach (10g)
  • 2 small carrot (80g)
