This week Molly Makes a very delicious and super healthy breakfast!
Ingredients
- 40g porridge oats
- Enough apple juice or milk to cover (about 80 mls)
- 2 tsp sunflower seeds
- Handful of berries
- Dollop of yoghurt
Method
- Put oats and seeds in jar
- Cover with apple juice or milk
- Place lid on and put in fridge overnight.
- Scatter with fresh berries.
- Put on a dollop of yoghurt
- Scatter with a few more pumpkin seeds.
- Serve!
