Ingredients

  • 40g porridge oats
  • Enough apple juice or milk to cover (about 80 mls)
  • 2 tsp sunflower seeds
  • Handful of berries
  • Dollop of yoghurt

Method

  1. Put oats and seeds in jar
  2. Cover with apple juice or milk
  3. Place lid on and put in fridge overnight.
  4. Scatter with fresh berries.
  5. Put on a dollop of yoghurt
  6. Scatter with a few more pumpkin seeds.
  7. Serve!
