Smoothies are a great way to get that burst of vitamins you need in the morning, especially when using superfoods like kale (balanced here with zingy lime juice). Frozen fruit smoo-thies are great for kids, as the vibrant colours look super-appealing. Other fantastic smoo-thie ingredients include almond butter for added richness and oats to help fill you up for the day.
