Here is a simple recipe for a busy lifestyle! Overnight oats are healthy, handy and delicious.
- 35g rolled oats
- 100ml milk
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 2 tbsp flaked almonds
- ½ tbsp maple syrup 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Mix all the ingredients together in a small glass jar.
- Stir well, cover and refrigerate overnight.
- Top with fresh berries and flaked almonds the next morning and serve.
