Here is a simple recipe for a busy lifestyle! Overnight oats are healthy, handy and delicious.

Ingredients

  • 35g rolled oats
  • 100ml milk
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 2 tbsp flaked almonds
  • ½ tbsp maple syrup 1 tsp vanilla extract

Method

  1. Mix all the ingredients together in a small glass jar.  
  2. Stir well, cover and refrigerate overnight.
  3. Top with fresh berries and flaked almonds the next morning and serve.
