Ingredients
- 100g strawberries, washed, hulled, pureed and sieved
- 100ml stock syrup
- 1 litre cold green tea
- ice cubes
- 10 whole strawberries, halved
- mint sprigs, to decorate

- Place the pureed sieved strawberries into a large jug or jar.
- Add the stock syrup and mix well. Pour in the cold green tea and stir well.
- Before serving, add ice cubes, strawberry halves and stir well again.
- Add the mint sprigs when ready to serve in pretty glasses.
