Ingredients

  • 100g strawberries, washed, hulled, pureed and sieved
  • 100ml stock syrup
  • 1 litre cold green tea
  • ice cubes
  • 10 whole strawberries, halved
  • mint sprigs, to decorate

Method

  1. Place the pureed sieved strawberries into a large jug or jar.
  2. Add the stock syrup and mix well. Pour in the cold green tea and stir well.
  3. Before serving, add ice cubes, strawberry halves and stir well again.
  4. Add the mint sprigs when ready to serve in pretty glasses.
