Chef Paul Flynn is bringing chicken with butter beans, chorizo and smoked paprika cream to the table on the Today show (Tuesday February 2, 2015).
Ingredients:
3 chicken breasts cut into 2cm strips
200g chorizo cut into chunks
1 tin of butter beans
1 clove of garlic chopped
200 ml chicken stock
200 ml cream
2 tbsp olive oil
1/2 tsp smoked Paprika

Method:
- Heat the olive oil in a pot and add the chicken and cook for 2-3 mins turning around once or twice.
- Add the chorizo and cook for one more minute.
- Add the stock, garlic and smoked paprika and poach the chicken slowly for 5 min then add the butter beans and cream.
- Cook for another 5 minutes gently season and serve.
