This sandwich oozes flavour with the combination of rosemary, lemon, thyme and garlic - simply delightful!


  • 2 chicken fillets
  • 1 sprig of rosemary
  • 1 sprig of thyme
  • 1 garlic clove
  • juice of one lemon
  • olive oil
  • brown granary bread
  • baby leaves


  1. Halve the chicken fillets, chop the herbs and marinate along with the other ingredients overnight.
  2. Season the chicken and chargrill.
  3. Once cooked and cooled, finish it off with the zest of a lemon.
  4. Add the chicken to some wholegrain brown granary bread and top it off with some baby leaves.
