This is a great way of cooking your favourite fish while keeping the flavour intact. These magic cooking bags are normally used for roasting poultry but work really well with fish.
Ingredients
- 4 x 150g John Dory fillets
- 250g fresh asparagus
- 1 lemon
- 2 medium carrots, thinly sliced
- 100ml olive oil
- Salt and pepper
- Fresh tarragon
Method
This is a great way of cooking your favourite fish while keeping the flavour intact. These magic cooking bags are normally used for roasting poultry but work really well with fish.
- Pre-heat the oven to 200°C. Lay the sliced carrots on the bottom of the magic bag. Place the fish on top.
- Slice the asparagus into small pieces, mix in a bowl with the lemon juice, olive oil and the fresh tarragon. Spoon over the fish.
- Seal the bag, place on a baking tray and bake in the oven for 12mins.
- Remove and put on a plate unopened.
