  • 1 wrap
  • 4 oz mayonnaise
  • 0.5 tsp wasabi or more if you prefer
  • rocket
  • pickled cucumber
  • juice of a lemon
  • salt
  • cooled cooked salmon


  1. Combine the mayonnaise with the wasabi to make wasabi mayonnaise.
  2. Spread some wasabi mayonnaise on the wrap.
  3. Add the salmon, rocket and pickled cucumber to the wrap.
  4. Add a squeeze of lemon and a pinch of salt.
  5. Roll the wrap and enjoy!
