Ingredients
- 1 wrap
- 4 oz mayonnaise
- 0.5 tsp wasabi or more if you prefer
- rocket
- pickled cucumber
- juice of a lemon
- salt
- cooled cooked salmon
Method
- Combine the mayonnaise with the wasabi to make wasabi mayonnaise.
- Spread some wasabi mayonnaise on the wrap.
- Add the salmon, rocket and pickled cucumber to the wrap.
- Add a squeeze of lemon and a pinch of salt.
- Roll the wrap and enjoy!
