Ingredients
- 3 tblsp organic pumpkin seeds.
- 3 tblsp organic sunflower seeds.
- 3 tblsp sesame seeds
- 2 tsp tamari soya sauce
- 1 non-stick frying pan
Method
- Scatter seeds onto pan.
- Bring to medium heat.
- Add tamari for seasoning.
- Leave for 6 mins.
- Stir occasionally until all toasted.
- Keep in an air tight container once cooled.
- Snack accordingly.
