A simple and quick dish from Martin Shanahan.
- 1 trout
- 2 knobs of butter
- 1 bowl of peas
- 1 tea spoon of sugar
- Make sure your pan is hot.
- Add a knob of butter and a spoon full of sugar to the peas and simmer.
- Skin the Trout and season the fish with some salt.
- Add to pan until there is a crisp coating on the trout.
- Serve with some potatoes and peas to the side.
