A fruity delight.


  • 4 passionfruit (halved)
  • 0.5 a pineapple (peeled)
  • juice of 1 orange
  • 1 tsp honey
  • 100 ml sparkling water


  • Scoop out the passionfruit, cut the skin away from the pineapple, chop into chunks, and put into the blender.
  • Add the orange juice, honey and water and mix until smooth.
  • Serve in a large glass.
