A tangy delight.
Ingredients
- 290 ml greek yoghurt
- 200 g strawberries
- 1 mango (diced)
- 1 papaya (sliced)
- 1 banana (sliced)
- 150 ml orange juice
- 1 tsp wheatgerm
- 1 full tablespoon honey
- 6 ice cubes
Method
- Put the orange juice in a blender with the ice cubes, half the strawberries and the papaya and blend for about 20 seconds.
- Add a good spoonful of honey, the yoghurt and wheatgerm and blend again for a further 20 seconds.
- Add the other fruits and blend in one at a time to maintain the smoothness of your smoothie.
- Serve immediately.
