Una Healy found fame as one of the five members of English–Irish girl group The Saturdays. Now she's going back to her roots and pursuing her solo career as a singer/songwriter.
"When I'm home with the kids and in married life and stuff, I like to just have my family name for that but I felt going back to my roots with the music and everything, it felt nice to revert back, for work, to my maiden name."
In addition to that, Una is very busy as a Mum to two children Aoife-Belle (5) and Tadhg (2).
When it comes to motherhood, Ray asks Una how many of the former band members are mothers now.
"Three of us", she answers.
When Ray guesses that Una's husband and rugby star Ben Foden didn't have a say in naming the children, Una insists that Ben was full of ideas. Una loves her children's Irish names but she says they have struggled when abroad.
"I feel, when I started off introducing the names in the UK, they struggled a little bit"
The solution? For Tadgh "it's like Tiger without the r" and for Aoife it's "Eva with an f". Excellent tips for the next time you're explaining an Irish name abroad!
