The arrival of the Dacia Duster Hybrid-G 150 4x4 marks a significant step for a budget SUV.
With a new hybrid drivetrain, all-wheel-drive capability, and a suite of practical upgrades, this third-generation Duster should appeal to Irish buyers who want rugged usability without premium prices.
For Irish buyers, the Duster's hybrid 4x4 setup means lower running costs, confidence in rural/off-road conditions, whether farming, outdoor or winter driving - all at a reduced cost to buy and run.
It may be lighter and have limited talents in extreme outdoor settings, but it's impressively capable at what it does and could very well be competent on tricky Irish terrains.
