Aceman oozes style & sophistication, with infotainment upgrades it could be a winner

The Mini Aceman is an all-electric compact crossover which sits between the Mini Cooper and the larger Countryman. It's the most dynamic of the three with altogether much stiffer suspension for off-motorway, weekend adventures.

In JCW trim it looks very well but don't expect it to be a full fat John Cooper Works performance version. While it's easy enough to find your way around the infotainment and 'Entertainment' settings, some functions such as Apple CarPlay just need a little TLC to get them up to standard.

The battery range may be considerd small for both versions (either 400 or 300 kms approx), however what you see is what you get and the battery holds on to that charge particularly well, without the need for overly intrusive brake regeneration.
