Hybrid cars mean that you will save on energy costs without range anxiety or pressure to constantly plan ahead. The benefits can only be gained as long as you frequently charge the battery, perhaps using electricity for the daily commute and saving fuel for longer journeys.
Mercedes have filled the new E-Class with plenty of technology with most functions accessed via touchscreens, voice control or haptic pads on the steering wheel. Is all of that technology useful? That will be up to the driver to decide but how much is too much?
Mercedes Ireland lent the E-Class to journalists for a number of days to review.
