Audi Ireland says: "Pioneered by Audi and evolved over 30 years, Audi quattro permanent all-wheel drive distributes power to all four wheels independently to match road conditions.
"So wherever you are, whatever the weather, quattro permanent all-wheel drive delivers better driving dynamics and road holding on Irish roads."
To launch the initiative, Audi Ireland conducted an interesting experiment with Kearney to see what impact quattro would have on his heart rate.
During a rugby match Kearney's heart rate averages around 160bpm.
Audi then strapped him up to a heart rate monitor and put him in the 300bhp Audi S3 Saloon with Ian Beatty, a professional racing driver and APMP member (Association of Professional Motoring Press).
