The ultra-efficient 1.6 CDTi 110hp engine emits just 97g/km of CO2 and consumes an average of 3.7 litres diesel per 100km (76mpg).
As a result, the Astra qualifies in tax band 'A2' (€180) for annual road tax.

Also on the way for Opel is the new Vivaro van. It will feature a new design, engines and technologies inside and out.
Available from early summer, the all-new Vivaro range promises more economy and higher performance engines.
Opel says the new Vivaro will boast ultra-modern technologies and equipment that bring typical passenger car amenities and features for frequent drivers into the LCV segment.
