Bold BUNNY

Bold Bunny calendar 2026

Running since 2011 in Dublin 4, BOLD BUNNY is the brainchild of Warren Keeper and Ali Jones. Known for their range of cheeky Irish greeting cards and prints, all made on sustainable stock, the brand also offers a Forget-Me-Not Family Calendar with plenty of handy stickers to keep everyone on track. Jokamin

Joanna Kaminska, the artist and designer behind Jokamin, describes her work as "quirky, thought-provoking and sometimes nostalgic". With roots in the graphic art and animation tradition of Poland, where she was born, Kaminska's work often uses water-based gouache paints along with pastels and acrylics. Describing herself as a 'playful professional', founder Linzi Rooney says that Born and Bred was made to exude warmth and friendliness while showcasing the best of Irish talent. Diana Skalkos

Born in Cork, Diana Skalkos has lived a nomadic life, working and studying across the UK, Europe, and India. Although her formal education is in ceramics, design, and sculpture, she has also honed her craft in the rural villages of India and Greece. You can find updates of her work on her Facebook. WildBird Studio

WildBird Studio is an Irish craft workshop run by artist Alison Byrne. Designed and handmade in Dublin, her pieces often incorporate stained glass and geometric patterns. MIO Prints

In 2018, content creator Florence Olufemi-Ojo started her fashion brand M.I.O Prints (an abbreviation of Moulded-Inside-Out). For over 20 years, from his base in New York, he worked with two of the best producers of natural oils in the world before moving to Dublin. Now, from his office in the Chocolate Factory, he creates room sprays, mists and diffusers under his brand, The Nature of Things. SiEST

SiEST founder Síne Dunne created her products following her time studying Insomnia and Circadian rhythm disorders at the University of Oxford. Burnt out by a career in London's fashion industry, the Irishman found joy in creating an independent lifestyle brand of his own. When Hannah McGrenera moved from Taiwan to Ireland with her family in 1994, she found her forever home in Co. Cork. Having trained in Chinese Calligraphy at a young age, she found a steady hand and a love for creativity that led her to study Fine Art Sculpture at Crawford College of Art and Design in Cork. Lennon Courtney & Kilkenny Design

Kilkenny Design was established in 1963 by the Irish government at Kilkenny Design Centre. Craftspeople were invited from around the world to share their skills and work collaboratively with the community. The resulting crafts were so popular that the first Kilkenny Design store in Kilkenny City opened in 1965. A second store followed on Nassau St, Dublin in 1976. Based in the heart of Dublin City Centre, Fresh Cuts emerged in 2015, offering an alternative for those seeking style and quality linked to sustainability. Created by Lorna and Steven, who both have a commitment to sustainability and style, the brand is a fusion of conscious fashion, creativity, and sustainability. Irish Woollen Workshop

In the 1980s, Eamonn Duffy founded the Irish Woollen Workshop in the beautiful surroundings of Co. Sligo. Today, the company is run by Eamonn's son, Gary, and has become the country's largest supplier of genuine Irish sheepskin. They sell rugs, throws, dog beds, and cosy slippers. The unisex loafers with woollen trim cost €66.

Dorinda McCormack

Dorinda McCormack began spinning and weaving from her home, nestled amidst the rolling drumlins in Newbliss, Co. Monaghan, in 2010. Eventually, she started making bags and purses for herself, and when friends began to ask about them, she decided to start selling at small local markets. Now, her creations are available to buy online. This vintage-style Esme handbag costs €500.

Championing Irish fabrics and makers from all corners of Ireland, STABLE strives to create a place of excellence for Irish linen and textiles. Jessica Brennan Design

Founded in 2023, Jessica Brennan Design is a clothing label designed and made in Dublin by Jessica Brennan. Offering custom pieces, alteration services, and reworked clothing made from a mixture of deadstock, vintage and locally sourced fabrics, the designer works with sustainability in mind. This floral mini bag costs €55 and was made using a vintage cotton bedsheet (unused and in its original packaging).

Based in Dunshaughlin, Co. Meath, this brand is solo-run by designer Gráinne Lyons. Specialising in personalised gifts, handbags, hats, bags, and more, it is one of the only brands in Ireland using machine embroidery to customise accessories to true precision. The personalised washbag is €26.

Jacobs

Waterford natives William and Robert Jacob founded Jacobs over 150 years ago, and the brand has been a mainstay of Irish homes ever since. Fig rolls, chocolate Kimberlys, Jaffa Cakes, pink wafers and coconut creams are all excellent choices to accompany a cup of tea. This Christmas, you can find cartons of Mistletoe Mikados in shops.

Folláin

Follain Chistmas preserves

Folláin is the Irish word for wholesome, and it's apt considering the brand's story. In 1983, Mairin met Eithne in the honey business, where they became friends and, eventually, business partners. Using Eithne's grandmother's 100-year-old grapefruit marmalade recipe, they whipped up their first batch and brought it to the market in West Cork. The rest, as they say, is history. Áine's handmade chocolates

Setting up a chocolate manufacturing facility in Dublin in 1999, Ann Rudden always wanted to bring prosperity back to the small but beautiful village of Stradone, Co. Cavan. This dream came through in 2007, and she has been creating ever since. The 12 Piece Christmas Chocolate Box costs €9.95.

Hollow Legs

Hollow Leg Wines is an Irish brand offering up non-alcoholic versions of rosé, cabernet, alberino, and sparkling white cuvée. Boasting a "unique process" that preserves the mouthfeel, taste, and aroma of the original wine without relying on added sugar or unusual flavour additives, they claim their wines have "everything but alcohol". The Sparkling White Cuvée costs €15.

Committed to sourcing the finest clean-label ingredients, with sustainability always to the fore, this brand was made by a devoted farm family. The deep-filled mince pies are gluten-free, wheat-free, vegan, and have over 50% luscious mincemeat filling. A box costs €6.45.

Lismore

Beth Ann Smith and her business partners, Owen and Ken Madden, have almost 200 years of baking and craft in their shared family history. They started The Lismore Food Company together to create handmade biscuits made from Ireland's finest ingredients. Based in Lismore, Co. Waterford, they're known for their luxury shortbread biscuits. You can buy a packet for €6.95.

Fallon & Byrne

Fiona McHugh and her husband, Paul Byrne, co-founded Fallon & Byrne in 2006, when they opened their flagship foodstore and restaurant on Exchequer Street in Dublin. Their traditional 'mini' Christmas cake is made with fruits, brandy and locally sourced Irish dairy. The Mini Christmas Cake is available 21st-23rd Dec for €16.95.

Sheridan's Cheese

If you hope to create a cheese board of dreams for guests this Christmas, look no further than Sheridan's Cheesemongers. Run by Kevin Sheridan and Seamus Sheridan, this family-run company was founded in 1995, when the brothers started selling Irish farmhouse cheeses at the Galway market. Nibbed Cacao

Founded by Karen Naidoo, Cuando aims to find beautiful, unique, thoughtful gifts for every occasion. All of their candles are hand-poured in their studio in Portobello in small batches using eco-friendly and plant-based waxes sourced in Ireland. As an eco-conscious vegan, Karla Finnegan packs her small-batch, made-to-order pieces in plastic-free packaging from her base in Offaly. Running the business since 2019, the designer handles every order with care, often adding a personal touch to make your gift extra special. The personalised Christmas mug costs €16.

Huggable Home's founder, Denise, is a mother of four who started her homeware business in 2010 following a tragic loss in her family. While she recovered, she picked up a knitting set to distract herself, and soon found a knack for creating beautiful blankets.
