Home of the Year is back with a new episode and more home inspiration, with judges Hugh Wallace, Amanda Bone, and new addition Siobhan Lam sizing up three more stunning homes.
This year's series will deliver a fresh batch of stunning houses every Tuesday, celebrating creativity, individuality, and clever design in homes across the country.
On last night's episode, viewers got a peek inside three spectacular homes - click through the photo gallery above to see more.
Amy and Eoin Martin, Limerick
Amy and Eoin live in Limerick with their two sons. The couple fell in love with this 1970s house and set to work completely gutting and renovating the home and bringing it from a D3 BER rating to an A3.
The property is an upside down home with the main living and kitchen on the first floor making the most of their gorgeous garden and the natural light.
The home is a passion project for Amy, an interior designer, who loves having the space to unleash her creativity and is always in the middle of a project in the house.
Rachel and Tristan Dent, Dublin
Rachel and Tristan live in Dublin with their young son. The house was built in the late 1930s to early 1940s and the couple purchased it in 2023 with big plans to maximise the space within the house.
They completed a renovation to their home, adding an extension and achieving an effective reconfiguration of the bottom floor to create a bright and airy house for their young family and used specific colours throughout to create a bright, playful and unique home.
The family love spending as much time as possible together in their wonderful home, and all that they've created.
Fionnan Murray, Waterford
Fionnan built this wonderful contemporary home on family land for himself and his son in Waterford. Fionnan wanted the home to fit in with the spectacular landscape of the area and worked with his brother Emmett, an architect, and a local builder, Tom, to create the home.
He describes the house as a complete sanctuary and that waking up to the views and the sound of the sea is a dream come true for him. He loves that the house is free flowing, with each room seamlessly moving to the next.
For Fionnan this is not only his home, but one for future generations of his family as well.
