While many mothers will insist that your presence is gift enough, Mother's Day is the perfect time to show your mum - or those special maternal figures in your life - how much you value them.

Whether you treat them to a night on the town, or pick up a few sweet treats to share over a cuppa, March 10 is a great day to pamper the mammy in your life.

To lend you a helping hand ahead of the big day, we've found some great homegrown gift ideas ranging from Kerry-made scarves to Kildare-based glamour.
