The Book of Kells, a pint of Guinness* and a ramble around Glendalough must be on everyone's bucket list when visiting Ireland for the first time, but when you're Hugh Jackman you find a way to fit a sneaky gym session in, too.
The Wolverine star has just wrapped up a jam-packed trip around the Dublin, taking in everything from a pint of plain to an immersive show about the Irish boglands.
A coupla more memories from Dublin. One of the most beautiful places in all the land. Thank you for the hospitality. 🇮🇪 pic.twitter.com/lqShDYLavq

Posting about his trip on Instagram, Jackman said: "A coupla more memories from Dublin. One of the most beautiful places in all the land. Thank you for the hospitality."
In his carousel of photos, Jackman could be seen posing beside a frosty Glendalough, bundled up in warm layers and a winter hat; taking in Powerscourt Waterfall; Trinity's new Book of Kells exhibition; and strolling through an old cemetery and along a crystal-clear beach.
Earlier in the week he posted a prerequisite video of him indulging in a pint of Guinness at the Duke pub in Dublin, with the caption, "Back in Dublin. Part 1."
However, that's just what The Greatest Showman star decided to put on his own Instagram. The star was spotted at a number of well-known Dublin spots in his few days on the Emerald Isle and fans were quick to celebrate his visit and share their adoration.
Among them was the Abbey Theatre, where the star took in a performance of Luke Casserly's play Distillation. Described as an "exploration of the Irish bog landscape through memory and scent", the show had only limited tickets left at the time and no doubt were snapped up after an endorsement from Wolverine himself.
Speaking of Wolverine, the Marvel star managed to fit a bit of exercise in during his stay, visiting Flyefit Portobello for a session. We were pleasantly surprised that Jackman, having more than enough funds to have his pick of the luxury gyms across the city, chose the much-loved affordable gym!
Jackman was also spotted in the Guinness Storehouse, where he photobombed a duo getting one of the iconic pint selfies.
