The top wedding venues around Ireland have been revealed.

Irish website SaveMyDay.ie have announced the winners of their annual Irish Wedding Venue Awards, which showcases a wide range of wedding venues, celebrants and photographers from across the country.

Winners are selected by celebrant Miriam Fitzgerald of Spiritualist.ie, wedding cake specialist Bernie Kennelly, wedding photographer Wojciech Koza Photography, floral designer Michelle Mulhall of Gypsy Rose Wildflower, wedding and event stylist Eliza Czuba of Mano Bespoke Decor Styling & Events and content creators and food bloggers Jessica and Rachel Hill.

Family-run venues came out on top, with Mountain View in Kilkenny and Fernhill House Hotels and Gardens in Cork winning the most amount of awards.

Mountain View is run by siblings Bee O'Grady and Michael O'Neill, who have transformed a former golf course into a thriving venue, complete with innovative kitchen, glamping accommodation in the summer and markets running throughout the year. It was voted Ireland's Best Alternative Wedding Venue and Best Festival Wedding Venue for the second year in a row, as well as Ireland’s Best Foodie Wedding Venue.

Fernhill House Hotels and Gardens is run by the fourth generation of O'Neills, who took over the sprawling 19th century mansion house and grounds in the 1940s.
