Ireland's Fittest Family returned to our screens this year for season 11, with a brand new presenter, a new coach and a series of hair-raising challenges.
Laura Fox took up the mantle as the show's new presenter, while legendary athlete Sonia O'Sullivan joined returning coaches Nina Carberry, Davy Fitzgerald and Donncha O'Callaghan.
Each coach made it their mission to push their families to their limits and over the finish line for the coveted title and €15,000.
After weeks of intense competition, the intensive show is reaching its pinnacle with the highly anticipated final set against the iconic backdrop of Dublin Port this Sunday, 17 December on RTÉ One and RTÉ Player.

The remaining families include Sonia's Byrnes family from Tipperary, Donncha’s Stratford family from Cavan and Bonnar family from Waterford, and Nina’s Murphy family from Carlow. Their journey has been nothing short of exceptional, and now they face another challenge - a boat race down the River Liffey.
Following The Big Liffey Race, the families will endure the classic Back Against the Wall challenge. The stakes are high as the bottom two families will engage in The Eliminator, with the losing family bidding farewell to the competition.
Three families then face another classic, Hanging Tough, and only two families will make it through the Grand Final where the winner is crowned Ireland's Fittest Family 2023.
Ireland's Fittest Family will air on 17 December at 6:30pm on RTÉ One and RTÉ Player.
