The beloved show returns for season 11 with a brand new presenter, a new coach and more hair-raising challenges on RTÉ One and RTÉ Player, starting Sunday, October 29 at 6:30pm.
Laura Fox takes up the mantle as the show's new presenter, and is on the hunt to find the nation's fittest family. She'll be tasked with cheering each family on and keeping all of us watching behind our hands at home updated.
She's not the only new face on the show, however, as legendary athlete Sonia O'Sullivan will be joining returning coaches Nina Carberry, Davy Fitzgerald and Donncha O'Callaghan to push the families to their limits and over the finish line for the coveted title and €15,000.

On the season premiere, we'll see the Bonnar family from Waterford, the Heany family from Tyrone, the O'Regan family from Kerry and the Noonan family from Meath tackle the intense challenges that await at The Lake.
These fearless families will battle it out for two coveted places in the next round of the competition at a brand-new location – The Farm.
This season, the coaches are more competitive than ever and ready to train the fittest families in the country as they tackle some gruelling physical challenges.
Fresh from last year's victory, Davy Fitzgerald is determined to make it two in a row this year. The other three coaches are aiming to prevent him from claiming another win, with newcomer Sonia O'Sullivan eager to leverage her Olympic credentials for a debut victory.
