As the original home of Halloween, it only makes sense that Ireland would win big at an awards ceremony dedicated to all things spine-tingling.
The Nightmare Realm, Ireland's biggest indoor scream park, took home the prestigious award of 'Best Scream Park Event in Europe' at ScareCON, Europe's largest scare attraction convention.
"Celebrating fear since 2007", the spooky ceremony took place in Thorpe Park in the UK and saw the Irish attraction beat out their European counterparts: Traumatica, Scream Nights, Scare Me. Horrorland and Moretnosutrum.
The annual event, which has recently found a home in Dublin City Council Wholesale Fruit Vegetable And Flower Market, typically runs from early October to early November, and has previously been awarded 'No.1 Haunt in the World', ‘Best Independent European Haunt’, ‘Most Entertaining Indoor Scream Park’ and ‘Most Entertaining Horror Experience'.
They even earned a visit from celebs including Megan Fox and Machine Gun Kelly in 2022.
