Operation Transformation is back, which means it's time to break out the leggings, set your goals for the year ahead, and – most importantly – meet your new Leaders!
Viewers will once again follow five inspiring people from across the country as they take on a health and wellness plan with the aim of resetting and kick-starting a new chapter in their lives.
Today, we are pleased to reveal that Stephanie Bowden and Andrea Daly are the first two Leaders of OT 2023.

Living in Clondalkin, Co. Dublin, 31-year-old Stephanie Bowden lives with her partner Brian and their two children, Jack and Aoife.
While taking part in this expert-led health and wellness plan, Stephanie hopes to bring some sparkle to her life and says that she wants to believe in herself again - and help inspire others to do the same along the way.
Stephanie loves sport and wants to get her mojo back, especially when it comes to soccer. The mother-of-two coaches soccer in Crumlin United and holds a UEFA soccer coaching license, but she really wants to get back to playing like she used to.
Every day Stephanie wears different hats; mammy, partner, coach, daughter but would love just one hat – the Stephanie Bowden hat.
Speaking on becoming a Leader, Stephanie said: "I can't wait to start my journey on Operation Transformation 2023 because I'm looking forward to the adventure of learning all the skills to improve my overall well-being, but also an opportunity to experience what I feel life is about, community and connection as part of the process."

Originally from Co. Wicklow, 38-year-old Andrea Daly lives in Portlaoise, Co. Laois, with her husband Joe and their three children Alex, Ryan, and Macy. Their eldest son, Dylan, was born in 2005 with Cerebral Palsy. Following Dylan's birth Andrea and Joe, who were in their early 20s at the time, became his full-time carers.
Sadly, in January 2019, at the age of 13, Dylan passed away. The loss of Dylan has left a huge void in all of their lives. The time has come for Andrea to go on an adventure of discovery – not only for herself but for her family too, and she knows Dylan will be with her every step of the way.
Speaking on becoming a Leader, Andrea said: "My journey on Operation Transformation, I look forward to getting healthy and being happy in my own body. I feel this is my year and looking forward to the next eight weeks and seeing what the next months and year brings."
The final three leaders for this year's Operation Transformation will be named on Tuesday, 3rd January and Wednesday, 4th January.
Operation Transformation airs Wednesday 4th January at 21:30 on RTÉ One and RTÉ Player.
