If a Real Housewife saying "Up the Dubs!" on Instagram stories was on your bingo card for this year, this has no doubt been your week.
Reality TV royalty has descended on our shores, as the Real Housewives of New Jersey chose Dublin as the destination for their seasonal on-screen holiday together. Star Teresa Giudice set the tone with her airport Instagram video of all the ladies cheering, "Up the Dubs!" and so the RHONJ girls became 2022's Matt Damon.
The entire RHONJ cast – including three new faces – landed in Ireland just in time for our heatwave, and were spotted exploring the city over the last two days. They dressed to the theme, of course, with Melissa Gorga sporting as many shades of green as can be spotted on the plane over.
The vibe of the trip was undoubtedly energetic conversations in chic settings, and the team certainly chose the best of what Dublin has to offer when planning their shoots. Here, we've rounded up all the spots they were seen at on their too-brief trip to Ireland.
Luttrellstown Castle
Gorga posted a photo of what looks to be the majestic ivy-covered exterior of Luttrellstown Castle, one of the most luxurious and stately events venues in the country. Situated a short drive from the city, the castle is known for its rolling landscape and theme suites.
Café en Seine
The first destination the ladies were spotted at, Café en Seine is a well-known destination for those of us who love a cocktail and a dance. The ladies were seen filming one of the show's iconic dinner scenes, seated in two blue leather couches on either side of two tables.
Dressed to the nines, and surrounded by cameras, the ladies brought TV glamour to the art deco-inspired bar and restaurant, posing up a storm with feather boas before taking to the Dublin streets onto the next destination.
Sheehans
The #RHONJ gals went to Sheehan's, some people ended up filming in the background. Jackie did a pint drinking challenge with the guy she’s hugging here, he showed me a video of them chugging a pint 😂😂 pic.twitter.com/57YEE4l7Ht

Next up was Sheehans near Dublin's Grafton Street, a cosy and traditional pub, which had to have been a must-visit spot on the ladies' schedule. According to Conor Beehan, the host of the Housewives and Me podcast, cast member Jackie Goldschneider did "a pint drinking challenge" with a man at the pub. You love to see it.
Little Pyg, Powerscourt Townhouse Centre
The following day the ladies hit up Powerscourt Townhouse Centre for some lunch and drinks. Sadly, it was not the pear and bacon sambo from The Pepperpot they were after, though they did pluck for pizza from the excellent Little Pyg.
They were spotted having some energetic conversations around the table, but unfortunately we'll have to wait until the next season to find out whether it was in-house drama or a debate on the best way to pull a pint of Guinness.
Temple Bar
Finally, the RHONJ cast completed their circuit of Dublin city with the necessary rite of passage which is making your way through Temple Bar in the summer. They were spotted window shopping and stopping by some of the lively pubs in the area, though whether they downed any more pints is yet to be confirmed.
