Presented by Kathryn Thomas, the 14th series of Operation Transformation will return to RTÉ One in January with its trusty panel of experts.
Returning to set the health and wellness plan for the new leaders is fitness coach Karl Henry; principal clinical psychologist Dr. Eddie Murphy; dietitian Aoife Hearne and general practitioner Dr. Sumi Dunne.
Once again, the show will be encouraging the Irish public to get up, get active, and get healthy.
