Since the beginning of this crisis there's been a lot of chatter around stockpiling food, putting on weight or using this time to lose it, as well as lots of online content featuring homemade sourdough, banana bread and daily exercise routines – all of which can contribute to making this a particularly challenging time for people with eating disorders.

Psychotherapist and clinical director of Insight Matters, Anne Marie Toole, discusses the ways in which this crisis may be proving difficult for people with eating disorders. 

She shares advice on how to notice if certain behaviours are returning or getting worse and she highlights what supporting someone with an eating disorder looks like.
