A new daily fitness show from Ray Lally, the Today Show fitness expert, and Dáithí Ó Sé is coming to RTÉ One.
At this stage, most of us have settled into somewhat of a new routine while social distancing and self-isolating and, hopefully, that routine includes a bit of physical activity to keep the mind and body healthy.
However, you'd be forgiven if, by now, you find yourself losing motivation - especially when you have to work out alone.
Well, fear not because Kerry man Dáithí Ó Sé is here to put a pep in your step and bring a bit of craic to your daily workout.
Every year, the Today show presenter gets fit as a fiddle for his hosting duties at The Rose of Tralee. In fact, in normal circumstances, his annual tux fitting would be coming up in the next few weeks, an appointment that he says keeps him "on the straight and narrow".
Now, with the world put on hold, the 43-year-old has found a brand new way to stay trim as he and his fitness guru pal Ray Lally are set to deliver daily tips and tricks, aimed especially at older viewers who are cocooning and self-isolating, to stay happy and healthy at home.
Their new fitness show is called Ray & Ó Sé's Fitness 15 and it will be broadcast each day at 2.20pm from Monday 20 April.

Speaking ahead of the first show Ray said "I'm delighted to be helping people at home to get active. It's so important to stay healthy in both body and mind! 15 minutes a day so you can switch off from the world, get your daily workout in and leave with a smile."
Dáithí added: "Everybody can join in and do the exercises with Ray so viewers will get a full social distancing workout every day ... and so will I!"
Viewers can tune in for Ray & O' Se's Fitness 15, Monday to Friday at 2.20 PM on RTÉ One.
