Following the coronavirus outbreak, working from home has become a brand new way of life for many Irish workers. And although you can no longer complain about heavy traffic or people microwaving fish in the communal kitchen (at least, we hope you can't), working from home does have it's own set of challenges.
Despite the best of intentions, many of us can fall down the slippery slope of getting too comfortable in our familiar environments; working in our pajamas, disregarding our healthy routines, and spending far too much time on our phones.
