At this time of year, we're all trying to hack our way into a more productive lifestyle - whatever that means for us. To-do lists, reminders, bullet journals, meditation, fasting windows... they're all offered up to us as ways to make the most of our days. For the most part, however, they just give us headaches.

Eric Partaker has a different approach. The high-performance coach, speaker and author has built a thriving food business in the UK with his franchise Chilango, and has fine-tuned how to be your best self every day. Having the most productive day, Partaker says, starts the night before. 

Speaking at the Pendulum Summit in the Dublin Convention Centre earlier this month, Partaker shared his wisdom on working towards your goals by making the most of a few simple tricks on your phone - and off it.
