The Lady Bird star bought the Wicklow property in 2017 for €1.4 million from economist Alan Gray, before investing a substantial amount of money and time into updating it, and is now selling it for €1.5 million. She recently bought a slightly smaller 3-bedroom home in Notting Hill, London, where it's thought she's spending more time for work.

Bringing a dash of Hollywood glamour to Greystones, Ronan has coloured the home with her own unique and stylish tastes, such as converting one of the five bedrooms into a walk-in wardrobe - showcasing her love of fashion - and the stunning master bathroom featuring a walk-in shower "comparable to a hotel suite in uptown New York".
All five bedrooms are located on the ground floor, and are generously sized and flooded with light thanks to the large windows.
The living and dining rooms, meanwhile, are decorated in elegant and cosy shades of muted pink, soft brown and rich emerald green. Leather furnishings and velvet couches add comfort and texture, while marble fireplaces and mid-century style dining chairs add a touch of whimsical glamour.
